The Dome, with it’s massive isolated telescope pier, is ready to host your large telescope. The Dome is fully rotatable, and although it weighs over 1000 lbs, is easy to move by hand. Recently installed automated Dome Hatch Doors can be opened and closed with a click of a switch.
Decorative SunMoon art adorns the ribs of the dome. A custom set of oak shelves and drawers complement the inset oak desk.
The space is also wired for music. Just add your sound equipment in the right-hand set of shelves. Dimmer switches at the base of the stairway allow dramatic lighting of the dome, the floor, and also red lighting to preserve night vision.
