And in the neighborhood area, there is a spacious county park at the end of the street, (Cherokee Point Conservation Area) consisting of 183 acres of wildlife conservation area. There is a beautiful playground, boardwalk, picnic area, and it is even available to rent for events. It is a nice walk, jog or bike ride away.

The Farm is walking distance to Lake Toho and is less than 4 minutes drive to a boat ramp. The lake is 22,700 acres and is one of the most famous bass lakes in the entire country. It is known for constantly producing more big bass than any other lake. The Florida Wildlife Commissions biologists have indicated that there is one bass over ten pounds for every ten acres of lake. Many big fishing tournaments are held on Toho yearly with the biggest being Bassmasters, MLF, and FLW events.
